If you are eligible or are purchasing on behalf of somebody who is and would like to purchase this item free of VAT you will need to complete our VAT Relief form either before or after purchasing. The form can be found at the bottom of this section or sent to us via an eBay message.

The form will require the name,address and condition of the person who will be using the product. 

If you do not qualify for VAT Relief and require VAT on your purchase, please contact us before purchasing, so we can amend the item for you.

Delivery Information 

• Any orders placed between Monday-Friday before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. If you have paid the ex VAT price, we will not dispatch your item until the VAT Relief declaration has been received.

   

• We do our utmust to have all orders delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch. If we are unable to meet this delivery time we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to inform you of the situation.

• We offer FAST & FREE standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes on all orders. This will be a courier to door service only. If you require delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, British Isles or Northern Ireland additional charges may apply and delivery times may be extended. Please contact us via sales@relimobility.co.uk or an ebay message if you would like delivery to one of these areas.

• Please ensure somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If any damage is suspected please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging, with within 14 days. 

It is your responsibility to pay the postage cost of the returning goods, we may be able to help your to return the goods at a reduced rate of postage, please contact us. 

It is advisable to use a signed for delivery service for your protection. Once the item is received we will refund of purchase price by the same method as the payment was made. 

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please inform us immediately via eBay message or sales@relimobility.co.uk so we can either organise the return of the goods and a replacement product to be sent out, or arrange collection of the goods and issue you a full refund.
