Bariatric Shower Commode Chair
This Bariatric Shower Commode Chair will pass through a normal sized door but it is sufficiently broad to be comfortable and to fit over a standard WC or Clos-O-Mat toilet system, fitting flush against the cistern.
Its coated steel frame is exceptionally strong and the seat and backrest are both made from tough yet comfortable, waterproof polyurethane so it can be used safely in the shower. The pram-style handles make sure that the carer is in a safe, natural position to push the chair and the arms will either detach or hinge away to facilitate easy transfers.
The seat may be used as a full seat or, with the polyurethane insert removed and is reversible allowing for good personal hygiene at the front or back, whilst the oval pan can be inserted at front or rear of frame.
