This high version of the Etac Clean Comfort has a seat height of 60cms (23.5″), 6cms (2.25″) higher than the standard version, making it suitable for taller people.
The Etac Clean Comfort is a new addition to the Etac Clean range of Award Winning and internationally best-selling wheeled shower commode chairs. Every detail on the Etac Clean Comfort has been designed to make using this wheeled shower commode chair as comfortable, secure and easy as possible for both the carer and the user, whether in the bathroom or in the toilet.
Designed with real durability in mind the Clean Comfort is manufactured with no welding seams or holes, unlike most of the other shower commodes available, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion. The seat on the Clean Commode is fully open to the rear instead of the front, ensuring discrete personal hygiene by the carer or user.
Both armrests, which are fitted as standard on all chairs in the Clean range, can be removed completely, or swung away, and the footrest slides quickly and easily under the seat, allowing transfers to be performed, quickly, easily and safely. The Etac Clean Comfort is fitted with four high quality and independently lockable castors which ensure easy manoeuvrability combined with excellent safety.
The Etac Clean Comfort Shower Commode Chair has been designed with additional user warmth, comfort, support and privacy in mind, and is supplied with the Comfort Seat and the Comfort Cover (a back support with integrated arm support pads), as standard, both of which are water repellent and heat reflecting. Both of these items are available to purchase separately in this section of our shop and can be used with all of the Etac Clean range.
The Comfort Seat is the softest seating option available for the Etac Clean and its contoured shape also allows the user to sit further back in the chair and reduces the risk of the user slipping forward. Designed to increase the users feeling of privacy and dignity the Comfort Cover protects and hides the user without reducing accessibility for carers, with the armrests providing warm, soft support for the forearms whilst still allowing a firm grip when standing up.
