payment
We accept payment through paypal, however credit, debit cards also accepted and are processed by Paypal. Direct bank transfer can be also discussed.
delivery
We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days but usually it is next working day and it takes 2-3 days to deliver within Ireland. Walk in baths handling time is up to 10days and delivery 3-4 days. Delivery cost displayed for walk in baths is only for Dublin area. Please ask for cost on other locations.
Returns
If you are not happy or just changed your mind you can send the item back to us within 14 days after sale date. Goods must be in their original packaging, in unused condition, only then we will issue the full refund. The postage costs are on buyer side. Once the item received and inspected the refund will be done within 48 hours.
