Please be aware that we only dispatch Monday – Friday.
Listings stated with same day dispatch if ordered before 3pm,
Only apply to working days (Monday – Friday).Items delivered via Interlink Express are collected at 3.00pm Monday – Friday, therefore you must order before 3.00pm to get next day delivery.
If you order on a Friday before 3pm your order will be delivered the following Monday, as we DO NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please e-mail them to us through the eBay messaging system before placing your order, for example, door codes, telephone numbers, neighbours or ‘Safe Places’ we can leave the parcel if you are out & we will make sure the information goes on the delivery note.
This is for courier deliveries only & please DO NOT add any delivery information in the VAT form above.
If the courier can’t deliver an item because there is no one in to sign for it & no specific delivery instructions have been supplied, they will automatically try again the next day. If this happens 3 times the item will be sent back to us & will be treated as a customer return & because we get charged for this, unfortunately so will you & an £11.99 charge will be deducted from the refund (what we get charged from our courier to return an undelivered parcel).
Likewise if an item is refused as it is no longer needed & is returned to us, we class this as a customer return & the same £11.99 return fee is deducted from the refund.
Obviously you do not want this to happen which is why we have asked for all the information above to avoid this situation.

All items listed are in stock, either with us or at various manufacturers around the country, unfortunately as we get some of our items dispatched directly from the manufacturer there are rare occasions when they have run out of stock & not had time to inform us, however if this happens we will always provide an item of equal or higher specification as an alternative.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle Of Wight and Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey – Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Unfortunately we DO NOT ship to any of the above areas via courier.
