The prices shown on our listings include free delivery to UK mainland postcodes. Most orders will be delivered by either Parcelforce or UPS and will require a signature upon receipt.

Our free delivery service 3 to 5 working days. Delivery will be between 8am and 6pm.

If you order after 2.30pm then your order will be processed the next working day. Orders taken over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

For larger and heavy items such as Riser Reclining Chairs and Mobility scooters Please note that all our standard free deliveries are to your doorstep will be delivered on a pallet and do not include installation or placing in specific rooms. If a delivery to your door is not going to be suitable or you want the furniture placing in a specific room or if you require your mobility scooter to be set up then please use our White Glove delivery service.

If you choose our white glove delivery service then our courier will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for delivery. This would be within 5 to 10 working days.

White Glove Delivery – Set Up and Demo – £75.00 Delivery on an agreed date.

Our White Glove Service is a premium set up and demo package that we are delighted to be able to provide for our customers. Our White Glove Delivery services are made by trained engineers who will bring the chair or scooter into your home, unwrap it and assemble it. All products are fully demonstrated. Once you are completely happy they will remove all the packaging and ask you to sign a handover certificate.
Items supplied by our White Glove Delivery Service are not eligible for the 28 day ‘cooling off period’ after handover signature has been made. If you are not happy with the product when presented do not sign.
