The Solo Bed Lever assists transfer into and out of one side of the bed, without affecting other occupants. The hand grip sits above the bed while the base frame is large enough to provide stability. This unit is specifically designed for use on slatted beds with or without a lip. The hand grip has been developed to MHRA guidelines.

Delivery Information 

• Any orders placed between Monday-Friday before 1pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. We will not dispatch your item until the VAT Relief declaration has been received or you have requested for us to add the VAT to the purchase and this has been paid.

• This item is manufactured to order will be delivered within 5-8 working days after payment has been received. If we are unable to meet this delivery time we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to inform you of the situation.

• We offer FAST & FREE standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes on all orders. This will be a courier to door service only. If you require delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, British Isles or Northern Ireland additional charges may apply and delivery times may be extended. Please contact us via sales@relimobility.co.uk or an ebay message if you would like delivery to one of these areas.

• Please ensure somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If any damage is suspected please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging, with within 14 days. 

It is your responsibility to pay the postage cost of the returning goods. It is advisable to use a signed for delivery service for your protection. Once the item is received we will refund of purchase price by the same method as the payment was made. 

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please inform us immediately via eBay message or sales@relimobility.co.uk so we can either organise the return of the goods and a replacement product to be sent out, or arrange collection of the goods and issue you a full refund.
