Pride Jazzy Air

 

The Jazzy Air is the latest innovation from Pride Mobility. They aim this chair at the ‘social mobility’ aspect of life by offering a high lift seat that puts you at conversational level whilst driving outdoors or in. The seat is very comfortable and supportive too; available in 16, 18 and 20ins sizes.

You can quickly raise and lower your seat height while travelling at speeds up to a brisk walking pace by using the switch on the armrest. The patented Mid-Wheel6 drive design and Active-Trac suspension keeps all 6 wheels planted on the ground for maximum stability in both elevated and non-elevated positions.

The chair works well in the home too as it gives you access to shelves and cupboards that would otherwise be out of reach as well as having the proven mid drive agility. 

Bright LED marker lights illuminate the Jazzy Air’s elegant look, while an ultra-comfortable high-back sport seat, stylish wheels and casters, and contemporary footplate design truly sets it apart.

The chair looks very modern in the flesh and not at all needy. Its available in Pearl White, Onyx Black and, Sapphire Blue.

It is worth noting that powerchairs usually have an advantage in that they can use most railways, buses and community transport whereas scooters rarely can. This is useful for holidays and trips into the city and might make all the difference. Check with your intended transport providers.
